Chelsea Williams, a people enthusiast and creative soul is our Chief Executive Officer of Pelago Trips. Her unique skill set is informed by her colorful expressions in art as a commercial muralist and art instructor; and as a social media marketing and branding expert. She has significant experience developing engaging and compelling content across multiple media platforms.

As a native of the Caribbean islands. She was born in St. John, US Virgin Islands and grew up in The Commonwealth of Dominica. Though migrated to the United States in 2006, she maintains rich ties to her West Indian heritage.

Chelsea credits her deep connection to her cultural roots for her ability to be wildly imaginative. If asked, or if you’ve ever been a client, she will tell you that her creative expressions are guided by the essence of her soul. Her social media skills range from writing content, creating graphic work, self-publishing, acquiring backlinks, all valuable tools used in managing a successful boost in online presence.

Her demonstration of various online marketing skills help clients to distribute across different online platforms to reach strategic audiences or target markets. She is accustomed to creating different types of content, such as website design templates, infographics, social media posts, webinars, videos, and blogs.

In addition to Chelsea’s well structured life as an entrepreneur she maintains presence and supports others in their quest to find connectivity, individuality, and peace as a spiritual coach. She is a certified Reiki, and Feng Shui Practitioner, the effectiveness of these practices is widely known antidotes for maintaining Stress-free living. She practices her work in her spare time under the guidance of Pure U Coaching, Dr. Karen E Wells and Soulremember Academy.

Barry proudly serves as the Principal and Founder of Offsure Software Solutions. He has been tapped to develop applications for some of America's most prestigious accelerator programs like Founders Space (San Francisco), StartX (Stanford University), Capital Factory (Austin), and Accelerate VI (US Virgin Islands). Some notable victories that Mr. Johnson has attributed to include, but not limited to, the following applications Cyborg (Active: Fitness), Pasture Map (Active: Ranching), Live Undiscovered Music (Active: Independent Music), WigWag (Acquired: iOT Devices), Laundris (Active: Commercial Laundry Analytics), and TapNSell (Inactive: P2P Marketplace), and many more in the pipeline.

He is especially proud to be a wholly Black Owned, Black Operated application development firm; breaking the stigma of what it takes to become successful in the tech sector, while leaving a blueprint for others to follow.

Prior to founding OffsureIT, he previously held application development and/or quality assurance positions at Sungard Consulting, Countrywide, and Bank of America. Barry has a BBA in Business Analysis (MIS) from Texas A&M in Bryan-College Station and an MBA from Colorado Technical University. He currently resides in Austin, Texas with his wife Patricia, and children.

She has had working experience in famous touristic destinations as Punta Cana, Cancun, and Paris. With over 6 years in the dynamic field of hospitality management, Jeisy has played a pivotal role across various facets of the tourism industry, including management, guest experience, Sales and Marketing.

Today, she stands as an established creative and strategic leader with a profound passion for travel. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in St Croix Virgin Islands, Jeisy is a proud Caribbean native. Beyond the corporate arena, she finds joy in ecotourism, engages in philanthropic activities, and enjoys activities such as swimming and reading. Proficient in Spanish, English, and French, Jeisy’s exceptional interpersonal skills facilitate seamless communication across diverse nationalities. Her leadership approach is characterized by a commitment to fostering creativity, promoting open communication, and appreciating the value of diversity.

In 2021, Jeisy’s exceptional determination and commitment to excellence were underscored when she earned a full scholarship to pursue her masters in Montpellier, France, specializing in Luxury Travel and Tourism. Her academic journey culminated in her distinction as Valedictorian, affirming her unwavering dedication to the preservation and advancement of marketing principles even abroad. From the outset of her career, Jeisy showcased an innate understanding of consumer behavior and market trends, laying the foundation for her ongoing success. Matthieu Arquey is our French multifaceted daring geek. He enjoys blending art, sport and tech with insatiable curiosity, where Matt explores and goes deep into his various passions and interests, from surfing , yoga, scuba diving. All the way down to drone racing, boat steering and mechanics.

Navigating his 10+ years experience as an IT Project Manager, Matt has retained rigor and analysis skills, that remains the common thread of all his professional and personal projects. Having held very diverse positions — such as bike shop mechanics and manager, business development manager, freediving instructor — allows him to adapt very quickly to new environments and challenges.

Matthieu currently holds certification as a Professional Drone Pilot, Freediving Instructor and Boat Captain. Quite as comfortable in the water element as he is in the air, he continues to focus on moving forward stepping out of his comfort zone capturing the most treasured rich moments.

Malik Gomes is the Founder and Creative Director of Big Wave VI, a digital content production company based in St. Croix, USVI. Big Wave VI provides professional productions and consultations to clients needing to express their brand in the digital space. Established in 2022, Big Wave VI productions has generated more than 1 million views across all social media platforms.

Born and raised in St. Croix, he is motivated to continue building the Virgin Islands media industry and influence. Before acquiring a bachelor's degree in 2019 from the Art Institute of Tampa, he served as a civil engineering technician in the United States Air Force, where he acquired valuable skills in discipline, teamwork, and leadership. During the military, Malik also developed the skill of travel and photography which evolved to his first art gallery showcase in 2019.

Today, he continues to use his experience to lead, teach, and motivate. Whether teaching at a seminar or sharing wisdom with the youth one on one, Malik is determined to share his knowledge for a brighter future.
